Deficient sidewalk ramps will be replaced, drainage structures adjusted, and the pavement milled and re-paved. It should be noted that after milling, there will be a new lane alignment on Elmwood Ave. A “road diet” is being implemented which will reduce the number of through lanes on Elmwood Ave, while adding a center turn lane and bicycle lanes.
