The Landfill Permit Application is now done online. Follow this link to complete the form. A copy of a valid NYS registration for the vehicle being used must be uploaded with the application.
We do not accept Temporary Registrations.
Online payment is not yet available; please mail a check (payable to the Town of Brighton) to Gretchen Paxon, Brighton Town Hall, 2300 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618, or pay in person at Town Hall.
Once received, your application will be processed, a copy will be mailed to you along with a receipt for payment and a yard waste sticker that should be placed on your vehicle.
