ESU has an elevator in the Lobby to make it easier for you to visit our office.  Just look to the left as you enter the building!

The Town Clerk’s office issues parking permits to residents of the Town of Brighton. Applications are available at our office or ONLINE. Before submitting your application, a doctor’s signature is required to process the permanent or temporary request.


Please provide your driver's license or Non-Driver's ID card when applying for the permit. (Note: you are not required to have a New York State license/ID to obtain a permit)
